The United Nations envoy to the Middle East, Nikolai Mladenov warned the Security Council, on Friday, that the power struggle between Fatah and Hamas Movements caused the deterioration of the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip, and warns against the explosion and the transition to another conflict.
