UNION CONSTRUCTION AND INVESTMENT (UCI)

The Palestine Exchange (PEX) received the Reviewed & Consolidated interim financial statements for first half of 2017 from UNION CONSTRUCTION AND INVESTMENT (UCI).

According to financial statements for first half of 2017, Net profit after tax of the period reached 545,913 USD Compared with Net profit after tax 389,026 USD for 2016, a net increase in profit of 40.33%.Total assets of the company reached 46,960,041 USD compared with total assets of 44,033,226 USD at the end of year 2016, a net increase of 6.65%.Total liabilities of the company reached 8,411,461 USD compared with total liabilities of 4,981,413 USD at the end of year 2016, a net increase of 68.85%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 38,548,580 USD (Including None-Controlling Interests of 25,196 USD) compared with total owner equity of 39,051,813 USD (Including None-Controlling Interests of 27,277 USD) at the end of year 2016, a net decrease of 1.29%.
